Alix Landman

Alix Landman, MPH., RD., CDE., is a skilled and experienced professional, who has helped many patients return to a normal, more fulfilling lifestyle, by restoring energy and vitality, control weight, improve sleep, lower cholesterol, and help with chronic conditions such as thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and cardiovascular disease. Common health issues, such as: chronic fatigue, overweight, gastrointestinal problems, high cholesterol, and insomnia often go unresolved. Many times these issues are signaling an underlying dysfunction, that over time, can lead to serious diseases. Fortunately, with proper nutrition interventions, these issues can be prevented from progressing to more serious health problems.

The process to determine the appropriate diet includes clinically proven methods of analyzing blood work (even when standard tests came back as “within normal range”), along with other tests, physical condition assessment, and nutrition analysis to identify patterns of dysfunction. It also addresses medications, lifestyle, and food likes and dislikes.
Alix Landman, RD., MPH., CDE., has been practicing nutrition as an accredited registered, licensed dietitian since 1985. With a master’s degree in Public Health and certification as a Diabetes Educator, she specializes in nutrition programs for Weight Control, Gastric Bypass, Cholesterol Reduction, Diabetes Management, Vegetarian Nutrition, and Cancer Prevention.
